Gîtes Le Bret : Le Clôt

Evelyne and Marc welcome you in an old farmhouse at 500 m altitude. In the middle of the countryside, the hamlet assures you absolute serenity in its four picturesque gîtes. Access to the swimming pool is included for all holiday rentals.

This charming single storey cottage, measuring 45 m², was renovated in 2002 in part of our old cheese factory. Every year it is refreshed. It is ideal for a family of up to 4 people.
This gîte away from the hamlet is perfect for isolating yourself. The equipped kitchen is open to the living room.
Firstly, you have a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed lit by daylight passing through glass blocks overlooking the living room. Secondly, the children will sleep in an independent alcove which has 2 bunk beds of 90.
Finally, you have a bathroom with Italian shower redone in 2021.
You can enjoy the 650 m² garden and relax in the garden furniture and share meals in the shade of the 10 m² covered terrace around the barbecue with a breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains. Every evening you benefit from the sunset which illuminates the sky with 1000 lights.
You also have access to the swimming pool from June to September. Swimming pool shared with everyone.
You can access a common games room which has a ping-pong table and table football
