La Grange de Soyons, a vintage and typical Ardéchois gîte: 6 km from Valence-Sud and in the heart of the historic and typical area of the village of Soyons, nestled between the Rhône and the Ardéchois hillsides.
This independent cottage, away from the owners' house, is the result of a long renovation in an old agricultural barn that was also for a while the workshop of an artist-painter.
The cottage is in the form of a Vintage Loft «Art-deco» 50 m2 in DRC, with a large terrace by the pool.
The cottage has a large shared pool and garden, the covered terrace and the poolside terrace being reserved for tenants of the cottage. The Gîte has all the necessary equipment, both in the kitchen and dining room, as well as the living room, bedroom and bathroom. Free WIFI and LCD TV, with also a quality Hifi Bluetooth channel and many CDs.
The environment is peaceful and located in the direct vicinity of many marked trails, bordering the GR 42 and the ViaRhôna.
