We are Anne-Edwige, in production and Laurent, in sales.
We offer you a dozen varieties of 100% sourdough bread, in semi-wholemeal or wholemeal flours, nourishing and full of flavor. All our breads are made using ancestral bread-making methods, long fermentations of 20 hours, guaranteeing excellent digestibility and better conservation (5 to 7 days).
We also offer savory treats (fougasse, pizza and focaccia) and sweet treats (brioches, biscuits and cakes) to satisfy your little hunger pangs and delight your little ones.

From 01/01 to 31/12
Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 7 am and 1 pm and between 3.30 pm and 7 pm. On Saturday between 7 am and 1 pm.
